  • 4 slices Jewish rye bread (preferably, seeded)
  • 1/4 cup Russian dressing
  • 1/2 pound corned beef , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • pickles and potato chips , for serving


  • Spread Russian dressing onto two slices of rye bread. Layer with corned beef and coleslaw. Top with the remaining slices of bread. Cut each sandwich in half and serve with pickles and potato chips.
